Preached Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s Teachings Through ISCKON
The Gaudiya Vaishnava founded the ISCKON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness), a Hindu religious organization, as a messenger of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, a saint who coached people on how to worship Krishna by singing and dancing. ISCKON is right now one of the biggest religious institutes of the world, preaching to people to follow the teachings of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.
Published Books To Teach Peaople
Even after being a graduate from the prestigious Scottish Church College in Calcutta (now Kolkata), Srila Prabhupada chose the path shown by his parents and Guru Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura, who also encouraged him to write & publish books. Srila Prabhupada believed literacy is very much required to learn or understand any concept or idea. His books in Bengali and English inspired people not only from India but also from all around the world. His Krsna, the Supreme, Teachings of Chaitanya, Srimad Bhagavatam, Christ, and Krishna: The Path Of Pure Devotion, and many other books have been the source of spiritual vision.
